Roughly 2 weeks after final payment you will receive a written labor warranty as well as written material warranty. If an enhanced warranty is part of your roof package you will receive a labor warranty and a registration confirmation of your enhanced warranty. The material warranty package will be mailed to you directly within 60 days. Upon completion of your roofing project, you will be asked to fill out a customer survey to communicate how we did during your roofing project. If we have not met or exceeded your expectations and you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at once so that we may address appropriately.
Roof maintenance is critical to keeping your labor and material warranty in effect. External factors can cause premature failure of products on your roof that can cause leaks. Failures that are not a result of workmanship or material defect are not covered by your warranty. Examples are included but not limited to the collection of leaves and debris, rodents chewing on flashings, trees limbs rubbing the roof, damage from traffic on the roof, HVAC or plumbing work affecting pipes that penetrate the roof, damage from Christmas decorations, satellite dish installation as well as other items. Annual inspections should take place soon to address these conditions prior to experiencing a problem.
